Return & Exchange Policy

  • As soon as your order gets into the packaging phase, you will receive the packaging video of your order with estimated delivery time.
  • Don’t forget to make an opening video after receiving your order. This will help us in making it easy for you to claim your order.
  • In case of any question or confusion related to your order, feel free to contact our customer support.
Pre-requisite for Return & Exchange:

  • Any article purchased can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase receipt by courier.

Only Exchange if:

  • The articles are faulty, damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
  • The articles do not match the original specifications or are not what you ordered.

Checks before Returning:

  • The article is unused, all tags are intact, packaging is in original condition, and you have the original invoice.
  • Articles purchased on discounts or offers are not eligible for exchange.

Note:

  • Product can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
  • The article will go through an inspection process. If it meets the criteria, we will contact you before making a decision.
